This company will charge you a restocking fee for items that they keep in stock! They will not tell you they are going to do this and they do not have it on the paper work that it is there policy. We purchased the wrong size chain linlk fence and had to get a fence 12in higher they charged a $100 re stocking fee. I even called in and informed them we were going to be exchanging the product and at that time no one told us about the restocking fee either. They claim they have a sticker stating that they have re stocking fees but this place is a diaster and the stickers on
