Having a car accident is not fun however ELB made it as easy as possible. They towed my vehicle for me, dealt with my insurance company and had Enterprise on site so when I got to the shop I had a rental car ready! While my car was getting body work I was also able to get my 100,000 mile service done in full service shop they have on site. The administrative staff called often with updates and were able to answer all of my questions! When I got my car back it was like a brand new vehicle! I highly recommend ELB to EVERYONE for any automotive need!
