In June 2012, I ordered two bronze monuments directly from Jim at this company. As of today, 17 March 2013 this company has still NOT been deliver or installed! Keep giving me one excuse after another and continually ask me to be patient! There is NOT enough patience in the world to justify any company NOT being able to provide the monuments ordered. I called the Cemetery to explain me dilemma, and to add insult to injury was further advised by the Cemetery that Maryland Memorials has NEVER submitted a request for a permit from the Cemetery.
