I was saddened to learn that BBCI has had to re evaluate their Superintendents as one such employee stands out in particuliar; Miguel Garcia. Then I heard that Plant Construction, even through a harsh economical down turn has picked up this Super Superintendent; Miguel Garcia. Way to go Plant!!! You not only do you have a superior sense of business integrity but in that you know where to look and who to find in bringing to the table new and inovative ideas.
