In addition to the lousy service they provide, they also let their employees take home vehicles for personal use. This also makes them feel entitled to park in spaces reserved for the actual residents and their vehicles. Thanks to one employee, I am now being forced to park 4 blocks from my own space that has been in use for a year and a half. Thank you oh so very much for making me limp over four blocks back to my own back door while carrying groceries. You can pay my doctor's bill after you've paid for the repairs and towing to your own vehicle. lol
