I called for an appointment and was given a dose of bad attitude. It was the first time I had gotten ill since becoming a patient. The woman I spoke with became very angry that I didn't know their procedures for making appointments. I asked one question about something I found confusing and she went off! When you are feeling ill, this is the last thing you need from the people you call for help. The woman I spoke with was so mean she made me cry and I actually had to ask, "why are you being mean to me?" She didn't even apologize and suggested I visit a clinic. Needless to
