When you place an order online, it will show you the date to expect delivery. This date is not correct, and a phone call to Angela Instruments revealed that they are aware of the problem, but "don't know too much about computers" so they won't fix it. THIS IS NOT COOL. The worst part of all, is that instead of apologizing for the problem, she got VERY VERY PISSY and cancelled my order, then hung up on me. INCREDIBLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
