I bought a ring for my fianc%E9e at Downtown Jewelry & Engraving for $250.00. She didn't like it very much, so I went back to the shop less than 24 hours later to return the item. I was told that since it was an estate piece, he would not issue a refund. Being very unhappy with this response I took it to another (reputable) jeweler in town to see if they would be interested in buying it so that I could get some of my money back.
