I visited this facility on Sept 27, 2010 for a regular eye examine and got a bill for $100.00 I called my insurance %u2013 Aetna. Two representatives from Aetna have confirmed me that the billing from Castro Valley Eye Centers IS incorrect.. The max at the worse, I should pay no more than $60.00. One of the representative suggested that I should show my last bill from Nov 21 2009 & send it the Castro Valley billing for reference. I did, but this Peg from the Castro Valley facility accused my Nov 2009 billing as %u201Cfraudulent%u201D. In my last 20
