Is there an option for zero stars? I came here for my Invisalign treatment 2 years ago. At the time, Creative Smile told me that my insurance would cover $2000 and I would have to pay the remaining $2700 out of pocket. A few months before my treatment was complete, I was told that because Creative Smile is not in my network, my insurance will not cover any of it and I will have to pay the remaining $2000.
