Our Tech was called out to Bortak's home on Shelly Dr.after 4 pm on a wintry day.He found a bad gas value, it was stuck.He got it going but it still stuck now and then ...that is an unsafe situation as well as unreliable.She was quoted a price of $567.00 for a Trane 36E 01 221 (WR) Circuit board and a gas value #21c138785P02..as company policy, any repair over $500.00 on a furnace 15 years or older we also leave "as an option" pricing on a new furnace (we put the old furnace in 1993). She was quoted $2250.00 fully installed.She didn't want either
