Our Tech was called out to Bortak%27s home on Shelly Dr.after 4 pm on a wintry day.He found a bad gas value%2C it was stuck.He got it going but it still stuck now and then ...that is an unsafe situation as well as unreliable.She was quoted a price of %24567.00 for a Trane 36E 01 221 %28WR%29 Circuit board and a gas value %2321c138785P02..as company policy%2C any repair over %24500.00 on a furnace 15 years or older we also leave %22as an option%22 pricing on a new furnace %28we put the old furnace in 1993%29. She was quoted %242250.00 fully installed.She didn%27t want either
