management is unreasonable with problems, will not work with tenants to a mutual close on problems, makes up rules for their benefit, charges undue and unnessary fees, amenities are extremely lacking for the highest rent base in town. Plus a few "Offenders" on the "list". Do yourself a favor and look else where!
