My family pre-arranged funeral services through Penn Funeral Home due to my mother having a rare and aggressive form of bladder cancer. My mother passed away on Sept. 8, 2009 and Penn was dispatched to pickup her body for direct cremation. We were promised her remains no later than Sept. 16, 2009 but it's now Sept. 19, 2009 and Penn cannot produce my mother's remains nor verify if Tri-County Crematorium still has the remains.
