I've lived here almost 4 years now and it sucks. They don't allow you to have any play items on your property for your children, you cannot have a garden, they charge rent for pets, you get lease violations bi weekly..for example: they want you to power wash your home in the winter, expect you to cut your grass twice a week, expect you to rake leaves weekly (which are leaves from their trees, but you aren't allowed to put anything on your property), water bills are outrageous!
