Other than the fact that they are cheap there is no redeeming qualities about this place at all. I left my dogs with the Pleasanton Pet Hotel when my wife and I went to Disneyland. As we are about to leave to return home I get a message that my dog had injured herself on their crate. They needed authorization to charge an examination fee for their vet to look at her and confirm that she was not seriously injured.
