Put in 6 quarters. Foaming brush did not work. No buzzer to indicate that I was running out of time, as advertised (no time display anyway). Tried to call posted number (583-9136) but number disconnected. Tried to find comment card, but they were out. The change machine did work, so I have $3.50 in quarters and a soapy car for my $5.00. Dialed number listed here, but no answer and no message machine.
