My wife and I were in the Traverse City mall in Traverse City Michigan on Dec. 8, 2010 at about 4 pm to purchase a three pairs of DC boots from the Journeys store. We walked up to the entrance and found the boots on display. As we were looking at the boots a salesman (younger looking teen to early twentys) walked up and while giggling with two or three other young kids in the store asked if we needed any help. When we were about to tell him we wanted three pairs of the boots on display he broke out laughing. We waited until his giggling stopped and again tried to tell
