I guess they all do, but this guy will actually take stuff out, do things WITHOUT telling u first then charge u 4rit. It doesn't help either that the guy speaks half-english. Zero parking front, but u can leave ur car in their gated, locked at night, small lot. Rough neighborhood. Technical competence LOW.
