I originally signed a contract with Tony, the owner, in May of 2006. He said he would begin work replacing all 4 of my basement walls in early June of that year, and that it would take about three weeks. He finally started the work in October of that year, and did not finish until late December, at which point it was too cold to complete the job, but he promised to return "first thing in the spring" to pour back my driveway and lay my new sod to replace the lawn he destroyed doing the basement walls as agreed to in our contract.
