Awful experience. They were 2 hours late. When we asked why they were late, we received 3 separate reasons. When we spoke with the owner Jim on the phone about the severely late arrival and asked what he was going to do to make it right, he said that they would not provide us with any form of discount, it wasn't their problem. Lastly, they dropped a piece of framed sport memorabilia, shattering the glass case.
