I had taken my daughter to this office from the day she was 11 days until 10 years. When I needed her records sent to her non-pediatric doctor, they want to charge me $35 after 1o years of business. The didn't even put her vacinations in the state computer. If they would have, they wouldn't have given my daughter her 4 year old shots 4 days early causing her to have to repeat them to go to school! Office very uncaring and rude.
