The contractual agreement included a warranty for one year from the completion of the installation. Since the completion of your work, we have discovered issues with both areas of the project & despite repeated attempts to have them corrected, we have been only met with resistance, fault finding, stalling & other tactics to avoid responsibility for providing us with a satisfactory
