These people prey on the elderly saying they will help them get benefits from Medical. They offer very vague advise that you could find on the internet or by calling Medical directly. They don't have any attorneys and can not offer any legal advise. They advised my mother and her husband to do things that their trust didn't allow. They didn't even read the trust, let alone know what it meant. They had the salesman have my step father sign the contract even though he had demensia and was not capable of signing financial documents. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! T
