Chuck, I thought Jason did his own recipe here it is! Sprinkle bacon w/ a bit of brown sugar, cook until crisp, drain well, cool to room temp. Gently melt semi-sweet or dark chocolate, dip bacon, place on parchment lined tryas and cool in refrigerator until chocolate is firm.
