I have had my nails done at several places in the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek area. I usually get gel nails so my experience is limited to that. This salon is by far the most thorough and informative salon that I have been to. The workers were very friendly and made it a point to speak to me while I was there. The other patrons were laughing and having the same type of experience. I find it very irritating when someone is working on my nails and talking to someone else in the salon in another language the whole time that I am there. Customer service and performance wer
