This business person doesn't tell the truth. He is very expensive. During installation of our Peerless Boiler System on January 2004 Phil Munsch told us that he was going to start a new program where he would have the office call every year and schedule the maintenance service and that it would cost $99.00. After the work was almost completed Phil Munsch told us that he could not finish the entire job and all that was left was the venting but he had to start another job and would come back in a few weeks and finish up.
