I bought a Sthil FS85 trimmer from them (Milpitas Lawnmowers) a few years back as a homeowner. Now the primer bulb broke and I visited the store twice to get the replacement. First time there, I was was given a WRONG replacement and the second time I was told the primer bulb had to be special-ordered. Each time, I had to wait till the clerks finished attending their own business eventhough there was no other customers.
