Ben, Nate and David Skora are awesome instructors. I usually train at the Burnsville location, but they have locations in Saint Louis Park and Little Canada too. I do the MMA training, which includes BJJ, Judo and Muay Thai Kickboxing. A lot of hard work, but totally worth it! It's intense training, but done in a safe way. Great group of people and real training. They are also part of the Rickson Gracie International Jiu Jitsu Association and the Gracies do come to the various locations to do seminars and stuff.
