This is the worst dealership and parts store hands down. I heard a lot of bad things about them and still decided to give them a chance so I bought a ford explorer and have had nothing but problems with it for the 5 wks Ive owned it. 1 hr after buying it the muffler hell off. I called and they said OH WELL IT WAS AS IS. Then the radiator went out. They did nothing. Next was the ignition. They still did nothing. Then I found out the brakes, tires, rotors were bad AND on top of that 5 lugs total were stripped on three tires and I was driving a very unsafe vehicle w/ 4 kids.
