This place is terrible! I wish I had the time to explain just how bad of an experience I have had with them. Now, I find out others have had bad experiences with them also...go figure, which I was told that before I got involved with this business. Bots Appliance has LEMONS for appliances. Serious, they have LEOMONS. I have never been so disappointed in my life with anything. On top of the LEMONS there is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You pay for it and they do not care. No followup calls, NOTHING! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! I gave it one s
