Review
I've been eating their bagels for over 30 years. Simply the BEST! Lately, however, I've had a beef with the Bagelry in Soquel. They've started a new system where one guy (or gal) takes your order and then someone else makes it. Well, in theory that should work just fine, right? Just like Togo's and Erick's Deli. NOT!!! It is NOT working at the Bagelry! When I've mentioned how inefficient it is, they always talk about "the learning curve". Well, it's been long enough! They should have LEARNED! In the meantime, not only is the wait longer, but the WORST part for me has been:
