I have been with this company for 5 years. I had great customer service for all this time. Pratap who was the agent there moved out of the country. The new agent there doesn't return calls. You have to call many times until they answer. My wife needed to increase our coverage and when we finally got a hold of Tammy, she said she would make the changes. Well a week later, no changes were made. My wife could have lost her job because of this.
