Went to access my storage unit today. The management had placed one of their locks on it and no one was in the office to resolve the problem. Waited about 10-15 minutes before returning home. Finally got through to their office an hour later, explained the situation briefly. The man interrupted me to ask if we had paid our bill. We had and I told him so. He asked again and I confirmed.
