Terrible and rude sercice. Half the time their stupid computers don't work. Everytime my coffee tastes different. Probably getting a "sneezer"! Owner needs to take "Basic Business 101". Go to Java Detour for more enjoyable and pleasant service! Beware of the Dunn Bros Rochester outlet!
