They are dishonest and provide poor service. They went into my elderly parents home to fix a sewer problem, damaged their carpet, left the washer and dryer in the middle of the laundry room for them to move back, and left a huge mess for them to clean up. The owner said "he would take care of it" which meant charging them full price and conning them into filing a claim with their OWN home owner's insurance to pay for it and denying responsibility even though they still have the plumbers bleach stained boot print, among others, on their carpet.
