Svetlic made many promises before and a few weeks after I retained him. Once he had me for about $7,000 I realized what a mistake I had made using him. Svetlic was horrible at keeping me updated on my case. Even after I had given him thousands of dollars, when I would call I had to remind him which case was mine just to receive a two sentence update. He charged approximately $240 for a phone call that required him to take more action on my case. There were times I had to give him paperwork twice because he misplaced the first copies.
