Review
This is a terrible company to deal with. They care more about money than most, and disregard the families that live in the apartments. The manager is very very rude, and doesn't care about anything except your money. You will not receive your security deposit back if you rent from Rac-Jac; they always make a list of ending expenses to keep it all. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF RENTING FROM HERE. Read the reviews online, there are no good ones for Rac-Jac. STAY FAR AWAY. There are much better places to live in Sedalia than here.
