The american disablities act of 1993 clearly states that service animals and their own owners are entitled to equal treatment in places that sale or serve the public food, gas, restraunts, movies ect. The local Health Inspector is going against the civil rights under Federal law by informing business to deny disabled vets, mentally or physically to have their service dog in the Conoco place of business. The owner has refused service and denied future service to me and my service animal. This is clearly a violation of civil rights and federal law. Health Inspector needs m
