In Feb 2013 I used Aardvark to move a very short move. The five men assigned my move were quite rough on my furniture, even busting some fairly new furniture up. I had to request for claim paperwork multiple times, had to request for a corrected bill of lading multiple times, and to date still cannot get the claim resolved. I filled out all the paper work properly, got the estimate, submitted pictures etc. They came back with an offer of less than half of what it is costing to repair my furniture!!
