Do not trust these people. I bought a copy machine from them as used and they told me that is was a low volume machine in actuality it had over a million copies. I found this out after i had problems with the machine they sent 2 different technicians out many times and could not fix it and had to call a Fresno company to come and finally fix it. The technician from Fresno asked me if i knew that the counter had been tampered with. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS BUYER BEWARE
