I was referred to ETC by my doctor after my car accident, and I found the office to be very clean and well staffed. They were very welcoming and the therapist I dealt with was wonderful, kind and helpful. My only complaint was actually a very disappointing one, as it caused me to seek help elsewhere; it was the person in charge of billing. Because of the pending settlement with my accident, I wanted to make sure ahead of time that they would be willing to work with me as far as billing the insurance company went.
