I had scheduled an appointment for a mani pedi. The day before someone called to confirm my appointment. I repeated the time to the woman on the phone to be sure because it was not the time I had originally thought I had scheduled. The next day when I arrived at the time I had been told to arrive the women in the store said I had missed my appointment and they didn't have time to fit me in that day. I had been looking forward to this and the women in the store acted as if I had inconvenienced them, when the communication issue was on their end. I was very disappoin
