I have lived in one of Investment Realty's rentals for three years and have had only good experiences to share. Whenever I needed something repaired it was taken care of on the same day, or followed up as soon as possible. The lease is clear in terms of mutual expectations, so I knew what was my responsibilities were and what theirs were. In my visits to the office the personnel have been most friendly and available to respond to my needs. I am a happy camper and grateful for the services.
