First, customer service is TERRIBLE. I haev called and lef messages on 7 times and have only received 1 call back...Angela is the worst rep. When I approved my proof it took a week before they printed. The reason I used this company is taht they preprint all their cards and all you have them do is add your logo...a two color logo took a week. When I called to get a better idea of when I should expect them Angela said : Wel, I mean what do you want me to do, we haven't shipped them so we can't do anything about getting them there on the expected due date".
