My friend who is a retired veteran and requires a wheelchair. He went to FFO for a lift chair as he is a big man. None of the lift chairs on the floor fit his size. The salesman said we will get you one that does fit you. So he signed all the paperwork and waited a month for the chair to come in. He brought it home and it was only 29" wide when they told him it would be 36" wide. They will not take the chair back and find him one that will fit him.
