I will just say to avoid using this lawyer. She is not a good seasoned lawyer and in my first to visits she fell asleep both times and did not want to take my case while the OSC was still working it. After the OSC got the Veterans Administration to settle with me, I asked for help doing the settlement letter. I asked her if the $1,500 she asked for was all I was ging to have to pay her and she said yes. I was not given a copy of that contract and then she lost it until my settlement was over then she had my money go into her checking account and she paid me, not me
