We've had a very poor experience with this shop and it isn't over yet. First, calling on the phone to inquire or request parts is pointless. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear and are not too interested in providing accurate information. I called about a Dyson and listed part numbers that I needed. I was told they had them in stock. When I brought the vacuum in (yes, over a 30 minute drive for which I had to leave work an hour early) to have the parts installed (I thought), I was told that they didn't have the parts and would need to order them.
