I took a $250 king size comforter there to be cleaned. It had a small spot of cat urine from our kitten the night before. When I got the comforter back took it out of the bag, put it on the bed, my 1 yr old comforter looked 15 yrs old. It had little knotty things all over it and the rope edging was frayed in places. And worst of all the whole thing from one end to the other reeked like cat urine. It literally stunk up my whole room.
