I would avoid Neill Gas if possible. I have been going back and forth with them regarding their accounting practices in regards to client accounts. In the latest, I pre-bought $1000 of propane last September. Even though I asked for a receipt showing the purchase details, they simply sent me a credit card receipt. Then, rather than actually using those funds to purchase gas on my account, they are keeping the funds in a "cash account" and using them for whatever other product and services (tank rental, service call).
