Review
The customer service is horrible unless you so happen to speak with the owner. One or two channels will go out everyday for at least five minutes. The office manager Sherry is unprofessional and rude. The owners should do away with everyone from office manager to field techs and start fresh or better yet pay them their worth, which is about 8 bucks an hour.
